Pick up and Return
Pick up is available from airports from 7am-5pm, after 5pm automatic collection is available.  Drop off's at airports is available 24 hrs. 

We are closed on Christmas Day

Head Office is located at 208 Toombul Road, Northgate near the Brisbane Airport. All other locations are manned at the airport only, however ALL customers are met, either on arrival at all airport locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast within office hours. **No customers are taken to a Depot to be booked out, as we aim to have the customer on the way to their destination as soon as possible, without delays.

The Brisbane Airport has forced off-licence car operators to have vehicles return to the international terminal and have customers catch either their new Transfer Bus or the Air Train. The Supplier is happy for hirers to still drop-off at the domestic terminal and park their vehicle in the long-term carpark. This incurs a long-term parking fee of AUD55.00. If you choose to drop off at the International Airport (instead of your original choice of the Domestic Terminal) then you will be entitled to a AU$30.00 rebate from the Supplier.
